Extremely helpful staff, I got my order mixed up due to having a difficult day and struggling with the screens, I was quite distressed however the staff were brilliant and helped me get it right, everything was fresh and delicious. Great job thank you
We went there a few weeks ago and my my! Although we just went through drive through due to covid, the customer service there was outstanding! The male we had was so energetic and enthusiastic, it put a big smile on my face. And of course the food was mouthwatering as usual. Brilliant Been here to sit in too! The service is fast. There are ordering screens to the left as you walk in in the middle. Great for people with anxiety. You can even get the food delivered to the table with the little signs. So if you don't feel like you don't want to talk to anyone this is perfect Toilets easily accessible at the back. Plenty of parking by the bluebell and kfc. Free.

Very nice restaurant, seen that a few students work there which is brilliant for them and the company as it’s a variety of workers. Food was lovely and served on time, would recommend. The lad on drive thru, Lewis, was a nice young man very cheerful and helpful :)

Yesterday,I had a great experience at KFC thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Neha and Vysakhi. They were both incredibly polite, friendly, and made sure my order was taken care of with a smile. Neha was attentive and quickly assisted me in choosing the best meal for my preferences, while Vysakhi ensured my food was served promptly and hot. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. I appreciate their effort in making the dining experience smooth and pleasant.
The best fast food restaurant I’ve been too! Much better than McDonald’s and also it’s great if you’re driving in/out of Worcester. Staff are lovely! But I would like it if you make one in Malvern because this is the closest and it’s 8 miles away. Try and replace Malvern McDonalds please (not actually but kfc is much better)
